Anwaarul Haq Kakar, the caretaker PM, officially opened the Pakistan-China Friendship Hospital and a seawater desalination plant in Gwadar on Monday, according to a news channel.

Speaking at the event, the acting premier urged Balochistani citizens, especially the younger generation, to seize the momentous chance for growth in their province, warning that the critics of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor would soon become obsolete.
“Those who think to change the course (of CPEC) by force, violence or any other means are committing historic blunder as their relevance will be over very soon.
The prudent decision in the nation’s fate is to joint the course of development, instead of resisting it and miss the opportunity,” he remarked.
Ceremony
Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zaidong, Caretaker Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Mardan Domki, Federal Ministers Sami Saeed and Shahid Ashraf Tarar, and other Chinese and Pakistani officials attended the ceremony.
The prime minister claimed that the convenience of shorter travel times throughout the province was solely the result of CPEC intervention.
PM Kakar informed the audience that $36 trillion in trade anticipated to occur in and around China in the near future.
Rather than displaying hostility, he said, it was imperative to join the journey through skill-development and claim the share.
He said that millions of people had lifted out of poverty, marking an unprecedented milestone in China’s modernization journey.
Benefits From CPEC To Balochistan
According to the PM Kakar, Pakistan and its Balochistan province in particular benefited from China’s development.
He claimed that the desalination plant project would significantly alleviate the Gwadar people’s problem with access to clean drinking water.
In addition, he said, the building of a 150-bed hospital would offer the public high-quality healthcare.
In addition, the prime minister thanked the Chinese ambassador for announcing Quetta’s emergency services and solar power project.
Protection of Chinese Workers
PM Kakar reaffirmed that the Pakistan Army, police, and other law enforcement agencies would protect the Chinese workers even if it meant sacrificing their lives, and he pledged the full support of the federal and provincial governments in this regard.
For the benefit of future generations, he expressed the hope that Gwadar would soon finish its development and turn into a trade hub with cooperation from China and Pakistan.
In order to solve the electricity problem, he gave the relevant authorities the order to link Northern Zone with the main grid.
Before the projects started, the chief minister of Balochistan, the Chinese ambassador, and the prime minister themselves unveiled plaques.
This was done after the envoy and the prime minister received their souvenirs.
Balochistan’s Path of Development
Later, in an interview with reporters, Prime Minister Kakar stated that Balochistan’s path for development had determined and he is optimistic that the province will experience a new phase of growth.
He expressed his gratitude to the provincial government for finishing the development projects, stating that they would help the Gwadar residents.
With the actions taken by the interim government, the prime minister hoped that the financial crisis will end soon.
In response to a query about money allotted for areas affected by flooding, he stated that billions of dollars ready to give out globally, but it would depend on Pakistan’s ability to obtain climate finance.
