Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has immediately lowered the price of their flights between Islamabad and Beijing to better accommodate their customers.
Currently, on Sundays, PIA operates a nonstop passenger flight between Islamabad and Beijing.
According to sources speaking to state-owned APP on Thursday, the national flag carrier has announced a 30% drop in fares for the Islamabad-Beijing route, considerably benefiting travelers who plan to fly to China for school, business, work, or to meet with family.
Pakistani scholar Ali Imran told APP that the new low fare will tremendously benefit Chinese and Pakistani tourists.
Pakistan and China have designated 2023 as “The Year of Tourism” in an effort to foster greater cross-cultural understanding and travel between the two countries.
PIA facilitates customers by offering discounts
This year PIA began offering a 27% discount on its fares for students who were interested in making a trip to China.
On domestic flights, the national carrier dropped tickets by 20% for economy and executive economy for Eid ul Fitr.
