Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced a WhatsApp chatbot in an effort to make it easier for passengers to confirm their tickets and seats online.
The national flag carrier claims that passengers can use the recently introduced service to get advice on matters such as seat selection and ticket confirmation before their flight.
Additionally, passengers can use WhatsApp to check the timings and schedule of their flights.
PIA Tweeted on Recently Introduced WhatsApp Chatbot
“PIA is stepping ahead further for customer support services by introducing another value-added service WhatsApp Chatbot,” tweet shared on official handle of PIA.
It is important to note that in the past, in order to access these services, passengers had to go to offices or make calls to helplines.
