According to sources, Pakistan’s export of goods and services to China increased by 46 percent over the last seven months (July to January).

According to sources, overall exports to China totaled US $1.7214 billion from July to January 2023-24, compared to US $1.18 billion from July to January 2022-23.
Imports from China
Imports from China into the country between July and January were recorded at US $7.71 billion, up from US $7.66 billion the previous year, according to sources.
Pakistan’s exports of goods and services to China increased by 39.44 percent in the first five months of the current fiscal year (2023-24) compared to the same period last year, according to the State Bank of Pakistan.
Overall exports to China were $1223.532 million between July and November 2023-24, compared to $877.444 million between July and November 2022-23, according to SBP data.
China’s exports increased by 36.29%
Year on year, exports to China increased by 36.29 percent, rising from $199.058 million in November 2022 to $271.316 million in November 2023.
It is worth noting that China had previously “agreed” to a $2 billion debt rollover with Pakistan.
According to sources in the finance ministry, the $2 billion debt will be rolled over before its maturity date under current conditions.
According to sources, less than 2% interest will be applied to the $2 billion debt deposit from China.
