The Digital License Management System (DLMS) has established by the Islamabad traffic police, which successfully consolidates information on suspects as well as e-challan defaulters and aids in the apprehending of criminals and ensuring fast fine payment by e-challan violators.

However, a list of 145 violators submitted by the Safe City Command and Control Center to the Police Khidmat Center and traffic officials.
Following that, 82 violators visited traffic offices to settle a total of 995 e-challans, while the remaining 63 violators’ licenses suspended.
The fully operational Digital License Management System upgraded on December 13, 2023, according to CPO Safe City/Traffic.
Moreover, individuals who fail to pay their e-challans may face legal consequences, and police services may be refused.
Islamabad’s Safe City Project
Safe City’s freshly added Brief Cam alerts and cameras used to track the cars of e-challan violators, ensuring legal compliance.
Citizens can check e-challans by visiting the Islamabad Capital Police official website at www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk.
However, violators can pay their challans easily using the Jazz Cash mobile app or the JS Bank wallet.
Noncompliance with fine payments will result in severe legal consequences for the violators.
The Islamabad Capital Police highlight that maintaining peace, security, and protecting citizens’ lives and property are among the top objectives.
