WhatsApp, a widely used messaging programme, has begun rolling out an updated functionality for iOS devices. The video messaging capability is available for iOS users on the platform operated by Meta. With this new update, iPhone users may shoot and send a 60-second video message to their friends and family without ever leaving the chat.
How does one send a video message?
Video messages allow you to respond to chats immediately and in depth. Video messages up to 60 seconds in length can be created and sent using this function. End-to-end encryption is used to protect the privacy of these video communications. In a blog post, WhatsApp described the GIFs as “a fun way to share moments with all the emotion that comes from video,” whether celebrating a birthday, laughing at a joke, or breaking some good news. Apple iPhone users can also use the feature right now.
The best way to make and send a Whatsapp video message
If you’re interested in experimenting with WhatsApp’s newest and most expressive feature, here’s how to do it:
Steps
- Update your version of WhatsApp first.
- Two, launch WhatsApp on your iPhone right this second.
- Then, access the conversation in which you want to send the video.
- Now, in the right-hand corner of your screen, tap the microphone icon once. There’s a video player icon there now.
- To record a video message, simply tap the video button; WhatsApp will then count down from three before allowing you to begin recording;
- The message will be delivered as soon as it is recorded.
Please note that swiping to the left will also delete the previously recorded message. Video messages can be deleted after transmission just like any other type of message.
