Applying for a driving license in Pakistan is always hard and a bit redundant for most people. Now with the exclusion and delivery of digital applications way for the issuance of licenses, things are bitter easy and more comfortable.
Punjab information technology board (PITB) helps consumers because due to them you can apply for a driving license online system DLIMS. This digital facility has been spread around 36 districts across Punjab.
How to apply for the application
The first step is to log in to the DLIMS website after this download the form from the download section then fill out the form after submitting the required documents and pass the initial theoretical test after the licensing period which is 42 days.
Now it’s time to look at those documents which you need for your driving license:
- Application form E is enclosed in a cover
- 2 Passport-size photos
- 2 CNIC copies
- Fee ticket as mentioned in the driving license
- Your original driving license
- Ticket of relevant license and medical report
Another important thing to tell the people is that there is a fact when someone reviews their license it did not charge but this policy applies after making a license within a month, a fine of 50% will be applied if it is renewed within 1 to 3 months, and punishment of 100% will be imposed if the license is renewed within 3 months to 1 year.
