Horizon Forbidden West for PlayStation will soon receive a new Complete Edition, which will include the Burning Shores DLC as well as the full game. According to the tipster ‘billbil-kun,’ this version may be released for PC at the same time.
Horizon Forbidden West in PC
According to the tip, Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition may be released on Steam as well as Epic Games for PC users. This release is expected to coincide with, or be close to, the debut of the PlayStation.
Horizon Zero Dawn, the game’s predecessor, also received a Complete Edition with The Frozen Wilds DLC.
However, this will be the first time a game developed by Sony‘s internal studios gets launched on PC at the same time as the PS5, or close to it.
First-party Sony game
Horizon Forbidden West is not a new game; console players have had access to it since February 2022. However, given that this is a first-party Sony game, this would be the quickest port to PC.
Although this is merely a rumour and should be handled as such, keep in mind that billbil has a strong track record for leaks.
The leaker previously divulged the new Mortal Kombat’s name before it was announced, Starfield’s pricing and the limited edition Xbox controller and headset it received, as well as the names of other upcoming titles, including the Quake II Remaster.
Price of Horizon Forbidden
The tipster did not provide the price of Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition, but based on Sony’s regular pricing, it will most likely be $70. It could be $10 cheaper on a PC.
