For the upcoming fifth season of “The Boys,” Ackles has also announced that he will be returning as Soldier Boy.
As they take against the corrupt super-powered individuals known as “Supes,”. The protagonists of the superhero series “The Boys” are a motley crew of unusual individuals.
At the annual pop culture event, the show’s panel got off to a raucous start with a live musical performance of show tunes.
An acrobatic stage dive by actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan. And a sneak peek at Season 2 of the spin-off Gen V.
A-Train, played by Jessie T. Usher, hopped on stage for a quick rhyme with the rest of the artists.
Parody of “Disney on Ice”
Season 4’s “Let’s Put the Christ Back in Christmas,” a parody of “Disney on Ice” performed by “The Boys,” was one of the clips. Shown on screen as the performers sang.
Morgan, who hosts the show and plays CIA analyst Joe Kessler in Season 4. Remarked, “In case you didn’t know these guys, [they are] world-class Broadway performers.” So said the panel.
In keeping with the show’s slapstick style, he made a humorous gesture honoring the composer with a middle finger.
Joining Antony Starr—who portrays Homelander, the petty leader of the ‘Supes,’.
On stage were Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Chace Crawford, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Usher, and Karen Fukuhara, the primary cast of Season 4.
Eric Kripke, Creator of show
Kripke has stated that the program will end with Season 5, which debuts in 2026, in keeping with his concept for the comic book adaption.
‘The Boys Presents: Diabolical,’ an animated spinoff, was also born from the hit series.
After a lackluster 2023 event owing to strikes among writers and performers, the San Diego Comic-Con has once again attracted A-listers and Hall H panels renowned for conveying industry news too.
