Asad Umar, Federal Planning Minister and NCOC Chief, wrote on Twitter that the NCOC and provincial authorities are collaborating in this drive to vaccinate eligible people.
To combat the spread of the Omicron strain, the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) initiated a door-to-door Coronavirus vaccination campaign earlier this month.

Simultaneously, thanks to an exceptional increase in vaccination rates, the daily number of Coronavirus cases has progressively declined.
Every day this month, the national COVID-19 positive rate remained below 10%. Over 44,000 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours, with 3,338 of them returning positive, bringing the positivity rate to slightly under 7.5 percent.
