Regal Automobiles, under the name DFSK, is poised to make a huge impact in Pakistan’s automobile sector by introducing the Seres 3, its first battery electric vehicle (BEV).

According to the official release, the vehicle will be available as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) variant in mid-October 2023.
The starting price will be Rs. 11.8 million, with a booking fee of Rs. 5,000,000 and a delivery time of 90 days.
The Seres 3, which is powered by a 49.34 kWh battery, has a single-charge travel range of more than 400 kilometers.
DFSK Seres 3 Launch Date
DFSK also wants to introduce a locally assembled version of the Seres 3 in an exciting development for the local vehicle industry.
This model’s tentative launch date is March 2024, and it will retail for Rs. 9.6 million, with a booking fee of Rs. 3 million.
Engine Power
The locally produced variant will be powered by the same engine as the CBU model, ensuring consistent performance and efficiency across both versions.
Because there are presently no equivalent models on the market, the DFSK Seres 3 is expected to provide the MG ZS EV stiff competition.
The vehicle’s electric engine produces an astounding 160 horsepower and 300 Newton-meters of torque, making it an appealing option for people wishing to move to electric automobiles.
Key Selling Point
The Seres 3 is about more than simply power and performance; it also has advanced features that improve safety and convenience.
These include, among other things, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, and autonomous emergency braking.
These novel features propel the Seres 3 to the forefront of the electric vehicle market, offering a full package of performance, safety, and comfort.
Price
Despite its remarkable features and cutting-edge technology, the Seres 3, with a price tag of over Rs. 1 crore, is likely to appeal to a certain segment of Pakistani automobile consumers.
Individuals in this sector are not just vehicle enthusiasts, but also environmentally conscientious and prepared to invest in innovative, eco-friendly technology.
Sustainability
DFSK’s release of the Seres 3 is an important step forward in Pakistan’s shift to electric vehicles.
It not only gives consumers with a high-performance alternative to regular cars, but it also helps to reduce pollution.
