iQoo is gearing up to launch the next-generation flagship series, the iQoo 9 series in China. While the company is yet to officially announce the launch date for the same, a couple of new launch posters on the Weibo platform has suggested what could be the launch date of the iQoo 9 series in China.
In China, the iQoo 9 series is expected to launch on January 5, a day after Realme will unveil the Realme GT 2 series in China. The poster also confirms a BMW Motorsport Edition, LTPO 2.0 Display, and much more. Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming iQoo 9 series.

iQoo 9 Series Launch Date Confirmed
The iQoo 9 series is tipped to launch on January 5 in China. The teaser also confirms the series will come with a special edition just like the last-gen devices in partnership with BMW Motorsport. Further, the phone will also sport a dragon engraving on the back along with a racing strip in Red, Black, and Blue colour. The teaser also confirms three-camera setups on the back with a large black visor on the back of the device. It also confirms OIS and LED flash.

iQoo 9 Expected Specifications
The device has been spotted on multiple certification sites in the past few weeks. The iQoo 9 is likely to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The iQoo 9 Pro device is also expected to feature the same SoC. Further, the iQoo 9 is expected to feature a 120Hz AMOLED display with independent display chip, just like the last gen flagship phone. The teaser also confirms LTPO 2.0 display, which should offer smoother variable refresh rate. The iQoo 9 is said to feature a 120W fast charging as well. The iQoo 9 is said to feature a 50MP main camera and a 4,650 mAh battery.
Since, iQoo is more of a gaming focused brand, the device is also expected to feature dual X-axis linear vibration motor, and two pressure sensitive shoulder buttons to help gamers. Dual speaker setup is also expected. Further, the leaks also suggests the iQoo 9 may come with gimbal stabilisation in its rear camera, which in turn may make for one of its key new features.
