The 466-page Toshakhana (gift depository) record from 2002 to 2023 has been made public by the federal government through uploading it to the Cabinet Division’s official website.
On the orders of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the action was taken.
Former presidents, prime ministers, federal ministers, and other government leaders are among those who receive the gifts from foreign dignitaries.
Records show that former leaders Gen. (ret.) Pervez Musharraf, Shaukat Aziz, Yousuf Raza Gilani, Nawaz Sharif, Raja Parvaiz Ashraf, and Imran Khan are among those who received awards.
Also, the Toshakhana records of President Dr. Arif Alvi and current Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have been uploaded.
The list of gifts that federal ministers, senior officials, and civil servants have received has also been made public, in addition to the premiers.
According to the legislation, the beneficiaries retained the majority of low-value gifts for themselves without being compensated.
It was against the law to keep presents worth less than Rs. 10,000 after 2022.
After paying 15% of their worth, gifts between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 400,000 could be kept.
The only people who were permitted to keep gifts worth more than Rs. 400,000 are the president or the head of state.
Gen (R) Pervez Musharraf Toshakhana Details
The presents delivered to former military ruler Gen (R) Pervez Musharraf in 2004 were valued at more than Rs. 6.5 million, according to the Toshakhana records.
The watch Musharraf received in 2005 was reportedly worth Rs. 500,000.
Many priceless watches, jewellery boxes, and other gifts were given to the former president, which he kept after making the necessary payment. In 2003, his wife Sehba Musharraf received a jewellery box worth more than Rs. 2.6 million.
On April 6, 2006, she got gifts totaling Rs. 1.65 million. The presents she got were Rs. 3.4 million as of August 1, 2007. She received gifts on April 3, 2007, totaling more than Rs. 10 million. Musharraf got gifts worth Rs. 1.4 million on January 31, 2007.
Former PM Shaukat Aziz Toshakhana Details
Former Pakistani leader Shaukat Aziz was given a watch in 2005 that cost Rs. 850,000 but sold at auction for Rs. 355,000.
He had preserved a number of presents by demonstrating that their value was less than Rs. 10,000. Shaukat Aziz was given a watch on September 27, 2007, for a total of Rs. 1.35 million.
He got gifts on December 20, 2006, totaling Rs. 3.7 million, which he chose to keep. He gave the Toshakhana several gifts back in 2006 as well.
Aziz was given a watch on June 2, 2006, for a total of Rs. 1.35 million. The former premier received gifts on January 7 totaling Rs. 1.8 million.
He received a watch on February 24, 2010, that was valued Rs. 1.2 million, and he gave it back to the Toshakhana.

Former President Asif Ali Zardari Toshakhana Details
Former president Asif Ali Zardari received a watch on December 2, 2008, for Rs. 500,000, which he chose to keep.
Zardari received two BMW vehicles on January 26, 2009, one of which cost Rs. 57.8 million and the other Rs. 27.3 million.
Then, a 50-million-rupees Toyota Lexus was given to him. He paid a total of Rs. 16.1 million for the Toyota Lexus and the first BMW, which he kept.
After spending Rs. 4 million, he was able to keep the other BMW automobile, which cost Rs. 27.3 million. In March 2011, he paid Rs. 158,250 for a watch that was worth Rs. 1 million and kept it.
In June 2011, he paid Rs 189,219 for a Corum wristwatch that was worth Rs 1.25 million and kept it. In October 2011, he kept a second Cartier watch that was worth Rs. 1 million and made a payment of Rs. 321,000 for it and a gun.
Former PM Yousuf Raza Gillani Toshakhana Details
After paying Rs. 326,043 in December 2009, former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani’s spouse, Fauzia Gilani, preserved a jewellery collection worth Rs. 2 million.
Former PM and Current NA Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf Toshakhana Details
Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, the former prime minister, kept a Graff wristwatch valued at Rs. 890,000 in November 2012 after paying Rs. 218,000.
Former PM Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Toshakhana Details
In April 2008, after paying Rs. 636,888, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif kept a Mercedes Benz with a market worth of Rs. 4.2 million.
He paid Rs. 243,000 in November 2013 and kept the Rolex watch, which was worth Rs. 1.18 million. In January 2015, he paid Rs. 240,000 for a Piaget wristwatch that was worth Rs. 1 million.
In January 2016, he paid Rs. 7.6 million for a Christopher Claret watch for Rs. 2 million, a ring worth Rs. 19.5 million, and a pair of cufflinks at Rs. 16 million, all of which he kept.
After paying Rs. 10.8 million, his wife Kulsoom Nawaz was able to keep a bracelet worth Rs. 12.7 million and a necklace and earring set of Rs. 41.6 million.
In exchange for paying Rs. 3.2 million in February 2016, Nawaz kept a Dela Cour watch for Rs. 3.2 million, a ring worth Rs. 8 million, and a pair of cufflinks worth Rs. 5 million.
In October 2016, after paying Rs. 469,000, he kept a Rolex watch for Rs. 1.2 million and another Rolex watch worth Rs. 850,000.
In March 2017, Hussain Nawaz, his son, paid Rs. 186,000 and kept a Rolex watch worth Rs. 940,000. Nawaz paid Rs. 207,560 and kept the diamond necklace, which was worth Rs. 1 million.
Nawaz Sharif paid Rs. 808,000 and kept a Rolex watch worth Rs. 4 million in May 2017.
Former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi Toshakhana Details
After spending Rs. 4.5 million in October 2017, the former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi kept a Hublot timepiece for Rs. 15 million, a pair of cufflinks worth Rs. 1.2 million, a pen worth Rs. 1.5 million, a ring worth Rs. 3 million, and prayer beads worth Rs. 1.85 million.
After paying Rs. 19.99 million, his wife Sameena Shahid kept a jewellery collection worth Rs. 99 million.
Khaqan Abbasi paid Rs. 4.59 million for a Rolex watch boxset in November 2017 and kept it for himself. He spent Rs. 5.27 million to purchase a Rolex watch that cost Rs. 25 million in April 2018.
Former PM Imran Khan Toshakhana Details
In September 2018, after paying Rs. 20 million, former prime minister Imran Khan kept a Graff wristwatch worth Rs. 85 million, a pair of cufflinks for Rs. 5.6 million, a pen worth Rs. 1.5 million, and a ring worth Rs. 8.75 million.
He paid Rs. 754,000 in October 2018 and kept the Rolex watch, which was worth Rs. 3.8 million. In the same month, after paying Rs. 294,000, he kept a second Rolex watch at Rs. 1.5 million.
Imran paid Rs. 338,600 for another Rolex watch in November 2018, which he kept after paying Rs. 900,000. He paid Rs. 935,000 in October 2019 and kept a watch with a value of Rs. 1.9 million.
Imran paid Rs. 2.4 million in September 2020 and kept the additional Rolex watch, which was worth Rs. 4.4 million.
Bushra Bibi, his wife, also kept several other pieces of jewellery in the same month, including a necklace worth Rs. 10 million, a bracelet worth Rs. 2.4 million, a ring worth Rs. 2.8 million, and a pair of earrings for Rs. 1.85 million after paying Rs. 9 million.
Current President Dr. Arif Alvi Toshakhana Details
Samina Alvi, the wife of President Dr. Arif Alvi, paid Rs. 865,000 for a necklace in October 2019 and kept it.
In February 2022, after spending Rs. 1.2 million, Dr. Arif Alvi bought a Rolex watch that cost Rs. 2.5 million.
