The CEO of Ways Tax, Rida Shamim, holds an MBA in Finance & HR from KUBS and KASBIT and is an ACCA Finalist. As a seasoned OD expert with more than ten years of work-related system-building expertise.
Shamim describes her entrepreneurial history, including how she raised a bootstrapped firm four years ago called HR Ways and simultaneously developed Ways Tax, a second startup tax filing company.
She added, that initially, we focused on HR consultancy. Many of our clients, both businesses and candidates, had tax-related problems. Fortunately, one of our founders was a professional tax and legal expert. We hired additional tax specialists, expanding our team’s size and caliber.
