SmackDown from the LDLC Arena became the most successful SmackDown of all time. Paul Levesque, also known as Triple H, tweeted on X after the match.
It broke the previous record, which was set only a month ago. WWE will return to the same venue tomorrow for its Backlash premium live event.

SmackDown Live
During this year’s SmackDown Live, LA Knight, Santos Escobar, Carmelo Hayes, Gunther, Sheamus, Drew McIntyre, and Xavier Woods were all declared for the King of the Ring tournament, with the winner to be crowned at the May 25th King of the Ring PLE in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The tournament will begin with the May 6th episode of WWE Raw.
WWE later announced that the KOTR tournament matches would continue on the May 10th episode of SmackDown, but no official matchups for that tournament have yet been announced.
Triple H as Chief Content Creator
Since Triple H took over WWE as Chief Content Creator, we’ve seen some of the highest-grossing events, including WrestleMania 40 and SmackDown Live in France.
This indicates that there will be many more Blockbuster events in the future, with Triple H masterminding all of the drama and action.
