“Discovering Diabetes” Hotline
Syed Jamshed Ahmed mentioned that they decided to use artificial intelligence due to the overwhelming volume of calls received on the toll-free “Discovering Diabetes” hotline.
This resulted in the creation of “Diabot,” an AI-powered tool designed to answer common people’s diabetes-related questions.
Diabot not only advises on maintaining a healthy diet, but also on calorie intake to boost fitness and overall well-being.
He also stated that the project’s team intends to add advisory boards in the future to expand Diabot’s knowledge base.
