we’ll have to wait long to see the Motorola Razr 2022 – or Motorola Razr 3, if you prefer – as a recent leak provides us a glance at the device as well as some specs to expect.
These unsubstantiated data come, which claims the foldable flip phone is now codenamed Maven. We have photographs of the phone both open and closed, though many details are difficult to see.
The dual-camera arrangement Motorola has on the Razr 3 (on the back of the phone when it’s opened up) is one of the details we can see.
There are now two lenses in this area, supposedly 50MP and 13MP, whereas the Motorola Razr 2020 just had one.
It also appears that the exterior display will be larger than prior models, however as previously stated, it’s tough to see anything clearly in these images.
A 2.7-inch outside display was included with both the Motorola Razr 2020 and the original Motorola Razr 2019.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor will power the phone, which will be available with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage.
This all fits nicely with prior Motorola Razr 3 speculations. The phone will contain 512GB of storage and a dual-lens 50MP+13MP camera.
There’s only so much you can say about a phone before it’s released, but on paper, the Motorola Razr appears to have a lot going for it: top specs, a better camera, and that famous flip foldable body factor.
The Razr will, of course, compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, which is set to launch in August, but Motorola owner Lenovo has the historical clout of the Razr brand to draw in potential purchasers.
Phone customers always demand improved specs, better images from their devices, and more options, and it appears that the Motorola Razr 3 will provide making the absence of a 2021 edition of the phone easier to accept.
