In a photography exhibition at Expo 2020 Dubai’s Morocco Pavilion, Palestinian children’s ambitions and wishes for the future are on show.
The show, titled ‘Crossing Smiles,’ comprises photographs of the youngsters taken during a trip to Morocco, chronicling the places they saw and the moments that brought them delight.
One shot, titled ‘Holy Smile,’ shows a little Palestinian child in El Jadida’s Mazagan gardens. Another, ‘A Smile by the Sea,’ depicts youngsters from Jerusalem playing on Asghar Beach near Tangier, their joyous faces obscured by sand.
Morocco is sending a message of support to Palestinian children with these images. The children’s smiles, immortalized on canvass, are hoped to remain on their faces as an inspiring message of love and peace.
The show will be open from 0900 to 2200 GST through December 3rd.
