What is the Ufone UAdvance Code?

The Ufone UAdvance code is a USSD code that lets prepaid users get advance balance from Ufone. When your balance becomes low, you dial a short code and receive instant credit. Ufone calls this service “UAdvance”, it gives you a small emergency balance that you pay back on your next recharge.

UAdvance gives you the facility of getting instant balance whenever you are running low. Up to Rs 60 is available to Ufone subscribers based on eligibility criteria. The amount you get depends on your usage history and how long you have been using your SIM.

How to Use the Ufone UAdvance Code

Using the service is simple. Here is exactly what to do:

  • Step 1: Open your phone’s dial pad.
  • Step 2: Dial *456# from your prepaid number.
  • Step 3: You will receive an on-screen prompt, confirm the request. Rs 20 will be instantly credited to your account.
  • Step 4: Use the balance for calls, SMS, or mobile data as needed.

This method is available 24/7 anywhere in Pakistan for all Ufone prepaid customers. You do not need internet to use it, which makes it especially useful in areas where shops are far away.

If you have a postpaid Ufone SIM, you also get this benefit. Just dial *229#. The repayment is added straight onto your next monthly bill.

You can also get UAdvance through the My Ufone app. Open the app, go to the home page, tap on “Out of Credit Service”, and select “Get UAdvance”. This is a good option if you find USSD codes hard to remember.

Ufone UAdvance Code Charges Explained

The service is not free. Ufone charges a service fee: a flat 30% (inclusive of tax) of the loan amount. This fee is charged once, it is not an ongoing interest. Here is a quick breakdown:

  • If you borrow Rs 20, you repay Rs 26.
  • Borrow Rs 60, repay Rs 78.
  • Borrow Rs 30, you repay Rs 39.

Repayment is automatic. The moment you recharge your prepaid number, the full amount (loan plus fee) is instantly deducted. You do not need to remember to pay it back yourself, Ufone handles it for you.

Always check the official Ufone UAdvance page for the latest charge details, as Ufone can update them at any time.

Who is Eligible for UAdvance?

Not every user can get an advance loan at any time. Not every user can use the advance balance feature. You must meet some simple conditions to qualify for the Ufone UAdvance code service. First, your SIM must be prepaid. Postpaid users cannot use UAdvance.

Here are the main rules:

  • Your balance should be lower than Rs 11.95 to use it.
  • If you are using a new Ufone SIM card and want to get advance, it is mandatory for you to use at least Rs 150 balance before getting the loan. Otherwise, you will not be eligible to get the loan.
  • You must not have any unpaid advance. If a previous loan is pending, the system will reject the request.
  • Your SIM should be PTA verified and recharged within the last 30 days for uninterrupted service access.

Customers who frequently use Ufone services and recharge regularly get better eligibility for advance balance. New users typically receive a smaller loan, while long-term customers may get up to Rs 60.

Also note: a customer will be allowed to have only one advance at a time and may use the service again once their outstanding balance has been repaid.

Ufone is regulated by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), which oversees all telecom services in the country. Your SIM must be PTA-verified to use most Ufone services, including UAdvance.

What Can You Use the Advance Balance For?

Subscribers should be able to use their advances for all services which includes calls (on and off net), SMS (on and off net), data, international calls, roaming and VAS subscriptions. In simple words, the balance works just like normal credit you load yourself.

If you also want to keep track of your remaining data and minutes, you can check out our guide on Ufone advance balance and how UAdvance works for more tips on managing your Ufone account.

What to Do If the Code Does Not Work

Sometimes the UAdvance request may fail. Here are the most common reasons and fixes:

  • Balance is too high: The Ufone UAdvance code works only when your balance is below a specific limit. Usually, you must have less than Rs 11.95 in your account to qualify.
  • Unpaid old loan: You must repay the advance before requesting another one. If you have an unpaid balance, the system may not allow a second advance.
  • New SIM: New SIM users often cannot access UAdvance immediately. The company requires a minimum active period before allowing advance balance.
  • Network issue: Sometimes it may be a network issue; restart your mobile and try again.

If none of these help, call Ufone customer care on 333 from your Ufone SIM for direct support.

Smart Tips for Using UAdvance

  • Use the service only in real emergencies. Frequent use may lead to repeated service charges.
  • Keep your SIM active. Long inactivity can affect your eligibility for the Ufone UAdvance code service.
  • Recharge on time after taking an advance so you can use the service again when you need it.
  • Remember that the advance balance cannot be transferred to another number.
