Game’s Giant File Size
Fans of Grand Theft Auto 6 were alarmed to learn that the game’s file size might be as much as 750GB, according to an X user going by the handle GTAVInewz.
Others, however, viewed the assertion as implausible because it will surpass the PS5 and Xbox series consoles’ storage capacities.
Prediction by other users
According to a prediction made by GTAVIbestleaks, another X user, the game’s file size will be more over 300GB but far less than 750GB.
Highly-anticipated Game
The only information that Rockstar Games has provided in the interim is the highly-anticipated game’s release date.
It is important to note that Red Dead Redemption 2 had a file size of 150GB, whilst GTA 5 had a file size of approximately 100GB.
With an enhanced gaming experience, the next Grand Theft Auto game will probably have a bigger file size than the previous games.
Postponed from 2025 to 2026
Fans anticipate seeing the second trailer released before the end of the current year, despite Rockstar Games’ silence over its potential release date.
A recent report speculated that a development lag may cause the game to be postponed from 2025 to 2026.
Grand Theft Auto 5, a Rockstar game, was not published for the PC until 2015.
It was first available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2013 and then later made its way to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2014.
