Hilton Garden Inn will open its first hotel in Islamabad in 2027, the company has said. Premier Choice is a well-respected, international firm that is working with us on this hotel project. The hotel will be located Orchard Boulevard, in DHA Phase 1 of the Defence Housing Authority.

Orchard Boulevard, Premier Choice’s flagship property, spans an astonishing 4 million square feet, and the hotel will play a central role within it. It was planned as a multipurpose center to encourage a wide range of businesses to set up shop there.
The Hilton Garden Inn Islamabad, from the upper levels, will provide breathtaking views of the surrounding valley and beyond. In addition, it will include first-rate facilities to give visitors an exceptional experience.
Hilton’s VP of Development for the Middle East and Africa, Carlos Khneisser, has spoken about his excitement and enthusiasm for this endeavor. He stressed that the hotel is designed for both businesspeople and families looking for affordable lodging.
The Hilton Garden Inn Islamabad has 115 rooms and a wide range of services, such as a gym, a pool, a restaurant that serves all meals of the day, a rooftop bar, and a conference hall.
The CEO of Premier Choice, Amran Zia, recently spoke on the boom in economic activity and the city of Islamabad’s rapid expansion. He is confident that the project will quickly rise to the top of the list of hotels for both leisure and business travelers.
Agreements for DoubleTree by Hilton hotels in Islamabad and Nathiagali were inked by Hilton in 2021, showing the company’s dedication to further developing its footprint in Pakistan.
