Dr. Arif Alvi, Pakistan’s president, launched Pakistan’s first National Cyber Security Academy at the PAF Complex in Islamabad to assure the country’s cyber security expansion. The opening took place during the 2nd annual International Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security (ICCWS), which focused on the challenges of cybercrime and its rising rate.
With civil, military, and foreign dignitaries, the conference was attended by Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal (Retired) Javaid Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor Air University, and Air Vice-Marshal Abbas Ghumman, Director General C4I PAF.
