NayaPay has stepped into a new chapter by bringing global QR payments to its users through a partnership with Ant International’s Alipay+ gateway. With this move, people in Pakistan can now scan and pay at Alipay+ merchants in more than 50 countries, making travel easier.
Wider reach for Pakistani users
This new service opens doors for Pakistani travellers who shop, dine or move across borders. It links them to thousands of merchants in retail, transport, healthcare and entertainment. With fewer steps and lower costs, the QR system simplifies payments and brings a smooth experience for users everywhere.
Powered by global connections
Alipay+ supports over 40 international mobile payment partners and connects to more than 150 million merchants worldwide. Through this strong network, NayaPay users can move through different places with comfort, knowing their payments will be accepted and trusted across many regions.
Strong addition to NayaPay services
The launch adds global QR support to NayaPay’s existing set of services. These already include Visa debit cards, local and international transfers, bill payments and home remittances. With each step, the company aims to build a complete financial platform that meets the needs of modern users.
Confidence for travellers
NayaPay CEO Danish A. Lakhani said the goal is to give Pakistanis greater confidence in handling payments abroad. He shared that the service brings ease and affordability for people travelling for work, study or personal journeys. It offers them a familiar way to pay while staying far from home.
Making digital travel easier
Pan Yan, who leads the Strategic Partnership Office for Alipay+, said digital payments continue to change how people interact with merchants around the world. She noted that the partnership will help Pakistani users rely on a system they know well, allowing them to move through different countries with comfort and trust.
