Ace pacer for Pakistan, Naseem Shah had surgery on his right shoulder a few months ago, and he has now finished his rehabilitation.
Naseem Shah Completes His Rehabilitation in England
The right-arm pacer thanked the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the medical staff on Instagram, providing the most recent information on his injury recuperation.
“Today, I have completed my rehab in England. I am very thankful to the PCB for organizing all this,” Naseem wrote.

“Special thanks to my medical team Dr Imtiaz Ahmed, Physios George Earl, and Adam Wright here in England, for all their care,” he added.
Naseem Shah sustained a shoulder injury during the Asia Cup, which prevented him from competing in the remaining matches.
Unfortunately, this setback also prevented him from competing in the World Cup in 2023.
He recovered fully in England after undergoing surgery there.
When the team struggled in the World Cup, his absence was felt greatly in the bowling lineup.
His Decision To Play in PSL Season 9
It has widely discussed that Naseem chose not to play for the Quetta Gladiators in the 9th season of the Pakistan Super League.
However, many teams competed to sign him, but it appears likely that his next franchise will be announced soon.
Furthermore, in one of the most spectacular transfers of the PSL, Naseem Shah is set to join Islamabad United.
After at least three teams competed for his signature, United won and became the proud owner of Pakistan’s most valuable fast bowler.
Before the transfer window closes, Abrar Ahmed and Muhammad Wasim Jr. are expected to join the Quetta Gladiators.
Even though neither party has formally approved the transfer, it seems very likely.
Naseem and Islamabad United
It appeared as though Multan Sultans had defeated United in the race to sign Naseem only a few days prior.
They were about to release a formal statement verifying the change.
But United had been interested in Naseem longer than the Sultans were, and they ended up closing the deal.
The United captain, Shadab Khan, also made hints about waiting for someone on X, formerly Twitter. To which Naseem replied, “Who are you waiting for?”
