The new Electronic Visa Waiver (EVW) allows British nationals to enter Saudi Arabia for up to six months on a single entrance, the Kingdom’s Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday.
With the new program, UK citizens can visit the Kingdom for up to 6 months on a single admission for purposes of travel, business, study, or medical care.
From 90 days to 48 hours before their journey, UK citizens can apply online at visa.mofa.gov.sa, the ministry’s visa application portal.
Within 24 hours following the application, approvals will be returned through email. Saudi nationals now have access to the UK’s electronic visa waiver program.
The application procedure is also straightforward. A traveler must fill out the necessary information on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ official website.

12 Saudi embassies, including those in Pakistan, Turkey, Morocco, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Egypt, are now using the system.
