Motorists from Nazimabad should use Lasbela Chowk, Nishtar Road, and Garden. Those from Liaquatabad can turn right at Teen Hatti towards Lasbela or left towards Central Jail. These diversions aim to streamline traffic flow while ensuring procession security. Commuters are advised to follow police instructions to avoid delays.
Routes for Hassan Square and Sharea Faisal Travelers
Drivers from Hassan Square heading to PP Chowrangi should take Kashmir Road under the Jail Flyover. Sharea Faisal commuters can use the Society Light Signal to reach Numaish. Vehicles going towards Guru Mandir must divert to Bahadur Yar Jang Road. These adjustments will help manage the expected surge in traffic.
Restrictions on Heavy and Commercial Vehicles
Heavy vehicles from the Super Highway must use Liaquatabad No. 10 and Nazimabad Chowrangi No. 2. National Highway traffic should follow Sharea Faisal or Rashid Minhas Road. No large vehicles will be allowed near the Guru Mandir. Commercial traffic will be rerouted via Shershah to Mauripur. These measures aim to reduce congestion on main procession routes.
Entry Points for Procession Participants
Participants from Nazimabad can enter via Lasbela and Soldier Bazaar. Those from Liaquatabad, Gulshan, and University Road should use Numaish. Vehicles distributing Niaz must enter near the Tower’s Memon Masjid. Parking along procession routes is strictly prohibited. These rules ensure smooth movement and security compliance.
