Odd complications have arisen as a result of software changes. We looked into why Android 12 has been so unstable for some phones because Google has updated for its current flagship phones regularly enough. Some google Pixel 6 owners are now reporting that their phones aren’t ringing when there’s an incoming call, which is a rather fundamental function.
We haven’t been able to confirm this, unlike the issue with notification vibrations suddenly changing without explanation.
However, some incoming calls appear to be silently denied, sending the caller to voicemail, according to posts on Reddit (via Android Central and Phone Arena) and Google’s support forums.

It’s unclear how widespread the problem is, but there are 76 comments on the Reddit post as of Monday afternoon, many of which are from Pixel 6 users experiencing the same problem.
Without a doubt, the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are the most interesting phones Google has released in years. They feature a distinct, modern appearance, are powered by Google’s Tensor system on a chip, and have some of the best cameras on the market.
The main issue is that the phones can’t get out of their own way. Soon after the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro were released, issues reemerged. In November, Google confirmed the flickering display issue that annoyed some early customers.
It’s owners have also claimed slow biometric scanners, lost signals, touch-input issues, WiFi signal issues, auto-rotation issues, and other concerns. At this time, it’s unclear when or if they will be completely bug-free.
