Africa’s largest tech and start-up event GITEX Africa launches, inviting 900 businesses to learn about and make the most of the continent’s and the world’s expanding digital economy.

To accelerate and catalyse the continent’s ambitious digital transformation journey, Morocco will host the best minds from governments, businesses, big tech, start-ups, investors, and youth next week at the World Future Energy Summit in Marrakech.
GITEX Africa will attract thousands of participants
With final preparations being made across ten halls and 45,000sqm of exhibition space in a purpose-built super venue at Place Bab Jdid, Bd Al Yarmouk in the Red City of Marrakech, GITEX Africa 2023, the largest tech and start-up show in Africa, will make its highly anticipated debut from 31 May-2 June. It will draw tens of thousands of people from all over the world and host nine hundred major tech corporations, government entities, start-ups, and participants from more than a hundred nations.
Affiliated with GITEX Global in Dubai, the largest tech and start-up show, GITEX Africa is the greatest business event launch of any industry in the Middle East and Africa in recent years. This show has been rated the top global tech event by global tech leaders.
Under the auspices of the Moroccan Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, it is held every year under the Royal Patronage of King Mohammed VI.
