Entering a new phase of digital and data-driven growth in 2021, the company is launching its first-ever Mentorship Program to strengthen in-house capabilities and prepare for expansion into the tech and digital product landscape.

This initiative aims to establish a data-first culture and boost Embarc’s business intelligence capacity. By connecting with industry experts, the company seeks to refine its analytical and marketing skills to align with the ever-evolving digital ecosystem. Two mentors one in Performance Marketing and another in Data Science, will lead this transformative journey.

About the Role
As a Mentor at Embarc Consulting, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team to coach, empower, and develop internal staff. Your role will involve offering hands-on, results-driven guidance in digital performance marketing, data analytics, and predictive modeling, all aimed at optimizing business outcomes and marketing efficiency.
Contract Duration and Scope
This is a 9-month contracted role with the possibility of a 3-month extension. The position is an integral part of Embarc’s long-term organizational development strategy and supports its mission of evolving into a tech-savvy, data-oriented company.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor teams on performance marketing strategies, data interpretation, and campaign optimization.
- Support and guide technical staff across digital marketing and analytics functions.
- Provide training in ROI measurement, media attribution modeling, and budget optimization.
- Introduce data science methodologies for audience segmentation, churn prediction, and forecasting.
- Develop frameworks for data-driven decision-making across marketing and operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment between business goals and analytical execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Facebook Ads, or similar).
- Proficiency in Data Science and Analytics tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience in mentoring or leading teams in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital transformation trends in 2021, including automation and data-driven marketing.
Contract Details
- Duration: 9 months (with possible 3-month extension)

- Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on mentor availability)
- Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
