Its primary goals are to provide corporate software solutions to its clients, with a special emphasis on employee engagement and the creation of remote-work-friendly environments.
With over 30,000 clients across Europe, Coeus is the technical team behind Germany’s largest customer reviews and ratings platform.
Coeus Solutions Ltd stated today that they would add over 300 new team members to their human resource, ranging from technological operations to sales and marketing. It also announced the acquisition of a new building in Lahore, Pakistan, with approximately 10,000 square feet of covered area for extra office space.
In the first quarter of 2022, the company plans to list on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, according to earlier announcements.
“We plan to grow our team massively in the next weeks, and the new office space is a part of the same expansion plans,” said Ahsan Naseem, CEO of Coeus Solutions Ltd.
Furthermore he added, “Our people organization is our core focus. For this reason, we want to provide a flexible yet comfortable work environment to our team members, whether they want to work from home or in the office”.
Lahore and Berlin are the locations of Coeus Solutions. To tap into the talent in other cities, it wants to extend its office locations in Lahore and open new offices in Islamabad, Peshawar, Karachi, and other Pakistani cities. Head of People Operations Anum Khan added, “We have a strong belief in the young talent of Pakistan. For this reason, we plan to expand aggressively in all major cities.”
