According to sources, American business giant and philanthropist Bill Gates will visit Pakistan on September 23.
The caretaker government hopes to gain his investment and assistance for Pakistan’s IT and science and technology sectors during his visit.
Officials have already requested information from the Ministries of Information Technology and Science and Technology on significant initiatives and investment prospects.
Bill Gates Will Be Briefed on Pakistan’s IT Infrastructure on His Visit
Mr. Gates will be briefed on Pakistan’s IT and science and technology scene by Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar.
The presentation will showcase Pakistan’s potential in these industries and discuss the government’s efforts to improve them.
It’s worth noting that Bill Gates created the framework for this visit during his earlier visit to Pakistan in 2022, when he discussed IT industry cooperation.
Furthermore, conversations about IT collaboration were place during a recent visit in the United States between former Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Bill Gates.
