How to use iPhone’s built-in conference call feature

If your service provider allows it, you can have a conference call with up to five individuals using your Apple iPhone.

Your network provider determines the maximum number of callers that can join a conference call and whether or not individuals can be added, merged, or disconnected from the session. For additional information on how to set up a conference call, you can contact your network provider.

Initiating the conference call in iphone

1. Get in touch with the first person on your list by calling them.
2. To make an extra call, use the additional button.
3. Get in touch with the second party by dialing their number.
4. Select the Calls option to consolidate your calls.

A conference call is formed from the two calls. To include more persons, simply start over from step 2. If you have reached the maximum number of callers allowed by your network provider, you will not be able to add any more callers.

The conference call’s initiator is the only person who can see everyone who has joined. A participant can’t know who began the conference call or who else has been added unless they add someone else.

Your network provider may not support the combine call feature if you do not see the opportunity to use it. For additional information on conference calling, please contact your network provider.

The correct way to include a new caller in iphone

If someone contacts you when you’re in the middle of a conference call, here’s how you include them:

1. Put something on hold and press the Accept button.
2. Just hit the merge calls button once the call has connected.
3. It’s possible that neither your current call nor your network provider supports call merging if you don’t see the option to do so.

Remove a Person from conference call on iphone

1. Click the “Info” button while on a conference call.
2. Select the individual you wish to dismiss and press End.
3. It’s possible that the current call or your network provider doesn’t support the ability to remove a caller if you don’t see the option to do so.
