VTech has released one of those amusing items that you see on AliExpress that make you laugh. Instead of strange clothing or strange skin care products, we now have a gaming chair for babies who want to be Fortnite experts.
VTech is a Chinese company best known for its kiddie tablets and accessories, but it is now selling a $50 miniature gaming chair. Instead of the usual colorful leather aesthetics, you get an all-plastic chair with slick black armrests, a headset carrier, four cartoon character-looking legs, and a molded back with airflow cutouts.
The wide blue legs keep your child from toppling over during an intense “gaming” session.
The electronics in the seat are inoperable, but the light-up keyboard has numbers and lights so your child can learn the fundamentals while pretending to slay people in video games. There’s even a tiny non-functional microphone on the tiny non-functional headset.
The keyboard is detachable, allowing a regular tray to be left behind for snack times, ensuring that kids never have to leave the gaming seat.
Despite its amusing appearance, the Level Up Gaming Chair is a fantastic educational toy for children. Later this year, it will be available for purchase on VTech’s website.
