Renault India has exceeded the 10 lakh unit production mark in India. The one millionth model was a Radiant Red Kiger that rolled out of the brand’s Chennai facility.
The manufacturing plant has a capacity of 4,80,000 units per year, which aided the brand in accomplishing this feat.

In India, the manufacturer currently sells three passenger vehicles: the Kwid, Kiger, and Triber. These vehicles are also exported to 14 countries in the SAARC, Asia Pacific, Indian Oceanic Region, South Africa, and East Africa regions.

Speaking on the occasion, Venkatram Mamillapalle, Country CEO and Managing Director, Renault India Operations, said,
