Dramatist Khalil ur Rehman Qamar was robbed in Lahore’s Sunder area. Unknown suspects tricked him into a meeting, claiming to produce a play. And then kidnapping happened.

A woman named Amna Urooj contacted Qamar, saying she was a fan. She invited him to her location.

When Qamar arrived, he was taken to a room. Armed suspects entered the room, beat him, and stole his belongings. They took his mobile phone, cash, ATM card, and more.

The suspects then blindfolded Qamar and took him to another place. They demanded Rs 1 million for his release. When Qamar did not pay, they left him at an unknown location and escaped.

Qamar filed a police report, leading to a case of robbery and kidnapping. The CIA police are now investigating the case. Authorities are searching for the suspects and hope to catch them soon.
