Punjab has finally announced Ramadan hours for all offices

Despite the fact that Ramadan is well underway, the Punjab government has now announced the hours of operation for all government offices in the province.

Offices Timings during Ramadan

According to an official notification issued by the Services and General Administration Department, all government offices open Monday through Thursday will open at 10:30 a.m. and close at 4 p.m.

Friday will have slightly different hours, beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 1 p.m. This would give government workers enough time to prepare for the Friday congregational prayer.

Offices open six days a week, however, will open at 10:30 a.m. and close at 4 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and Saturday, according to the notification.

The office hours on Friday will be different from the rest of the week, with the office opening at 9 a.m. and closing at 1 p.m., giving government employees enough time to prepare for the weekly congregational prayer.
