On the first day of the week, the price of gold in Pakistan remained unchanged at Rs. 215,100 per tola.

Price of Gold Remained Unchnaged

The price of 24 carats gold stood at Rs. 215,100, according to data released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJA), while the price of 10 grams remained unchanged at Rs. 184,414.

However, the price of the precious metal in Pakistan increased by Rs. 4,100 per tola over the last week.

During the week, the precious metal reached Rs. 216,000 for the first time in over two months before falling to Rs. 215,100 on Saturday.

Spot Prices

As of 1017 GMT, spot precious metal had fallen 0.1 percent to $1,977.30 per ounce, while US gold futures had fallen 0.3 percent to $1,979.60.
