Uber Drivers will not be able to cancel your ride frequently

Uber and other ride-hailing applications frequently cancel customers’ journeys in Pakistan. When you need to go there quickly and every driver keeps canceling your trip shortly after accepting it, it is very frustrating.

Fortunately, Uber is working on a new update to address this problem. A new function that allows drivers to view your drop-off location before accepting a trip is being tested by the well-known ride-hailing service. This will give them the option to accept or decline the fare, which should benefit both the passenger and the driver.

The function is presently being tested in India, but once it is effective there, it will likely spread to other countries. According to Uber, it will monitor driver and customer feedback and make any required changes to the service.

Due to rising competition in Pakistan and other nations, Uber also raised driver compensation. Recently, customers have been switching to rival ride-hailing applications like inDriver, but these modifications may encourage some of them to return.

The new version is now being tested in India, as was previously announced, therefore it will first be released there before spreading to Pakistan and other areas. Although a specific date is not yet known, we will update this page as soon as new information becomes available.
