According to the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP), visitors must enter the United Arab Emirates (UAE) within two months of the date their long-term, five-year, multiple-entry tourist visa was issued.
Tourists can apply for this visa at any UAE Embassy or Consulate abroad. They don’t need to travel anywhere before applying, thanks to the ICP’s website and app. In addition, a sponsor is not required for this visa. Visitors can stay in the United Arab Emirates for up to 90 days during each visit with this visa. The visa provides a 90-day extension to the original stay.
The full price of the fee amounts to AED 3,775. Visa processing fees, application fees, smart services fees, and ICP and electronic service fees are all included here. However, these prices may change depending on the information provided in an individual’s application.
This visa requires a recent, color-stamped bank statement showing a balance of at least $4,000 in order to be issued. In addition, you’ll need a medical insurance policy that’s good for at least 180 days in the UAE. Family visas are available for those who are traveling with minor children.
Multiple admissions into the UAE are possible with a five-year visa, although each visit can last no longer than 90 days. Please note that unused days cannot be carried over to another visit or calendar year. If you overstay your visa by more than 90 days, you may lose its validity.
The application for UAE can be submitted online
The application can be submitted online, using the ICP’s smart app, or in person at a customer happiness center. You could also go to a typing service that is recognized by the ICP. Be sure to submit everything asked of you and pay any associated costs.
After 30 days, the application may be canceled if there are mistakes or missing information. Three returns for the same reason will result in cancellation.
Additionally, daily fines will be incurred if a returned application is not resubmitted on the same day. If your application is denied, you will receive a full refund minus the issuance charge. As a result, check for accuracy and completeness before submitting the application.
