On June 10 and 11, the 100th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Toyota might reveal its newest GR-tuned vehicle.
Toyota Gazoo Racing claims, “A concept car equipped with vehicle technologies that have been developed through numerous challenges in motorsports participation will be exhibited.”
The announcement’s teaser image depicts a car’s front apron with four fog lamps on either side of a large center intake, which is evocative of the headlamps on its GR010 Hybrid endurance racer.

The intake is marked with a “GR” emblem, lacks a license plate holder for a race car, has a protruding front lip, and has dive planes.
The towing point covers and upper intake slit on the front bumper match those of the fifth-generation Prius, while Toyota is keeping the identification of the vehicle a secret.
2017 saw the introduction of Toyota’s GR Sport model lineup, which includes the plug-in hybrid Prius PHV GR Sport with upgraded styling, suspension, and chassis.
A new concept car from Toyota is being teased; it could be a GR Prius. The 2.0-liter plug-in hybrid powertrain in the most potent Prius produces 223 PS (220 horsepower or 164 kW).
The complete GR makeover might increase power and offer the already attractive the car edgier flair. The Supra, Yaris, Corolla, and 86 are all current models offered by GR.
Whether or not the new GR model is a Prius will be revealed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans next month.
