Tawal Team Visit to Federal IT Minister Office
On Wednesday, a group led by TAWAL’s chief international officer, Emmanuel Leonard, paid a visit to federal minister of information technology and telecommunications Syed Amin Ul Haque in his office to express their gratitude.
The minister expressed his admiration for the company’s goals for Pakistan’s telecom industry and offered his complete support and cooperation.
“We hope that TAWAL would play an active role in providing avenues for foreign investment and job opportunities through present expansion of network and for future networks like 5G and IBS [in-building solutions],” he said.
Mr. Emmanuel gave the IT minister a shield and said, “We are really grateful for all the support of the MOITT to start its operation. We took the required license for installing mobile network towers in Pakistan. He said, the Saudi telecom operator is in sync with the government policy of smartphones for everyone in Pakistan.”
IT Minister Amin Ul Haque praised the company for its commitment to growing the network throughout Pakistan with a focus on reaching out to underserved and disconnected populations in remote regions of the nation.
