In a new and interesting twist, Samsung has released the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic “Astro Edition” with space theme. This version pays homage to ancient means of navigation by taking its cue from the astrolabe, a tool used by scientists and explorers for centuries to determine time and plot their courses.
This is a landmark release because it is the first time a limited edition watch has been made available in the MENA region. To Samsung, the astrolabe “symbolizes the region’s legacy of scientific and innovative contributions, particularly in time, astronomy, and mathematics,” making it the perfect choice for this timepiece.

Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition is a fitting monument to the region’s illustrious past and a springboard for its bright future in the disciplines of mathematics, science, and innovation.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition, available only in the 47mm size, features a new “Black Astro” bezel and an additional fabric band. Along with the usual set of specific software additions and watch faces, the Astro Edition also comes with a variety of collectible items.
Innovation combines with space theme
These enhancements include, most notably, the ability to track the moon and sun. In addition, if you go for the Astro Edition, you can shop in Samsung’s special VIP promotion store.
Fans in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia (Saudi Arabia), Iraq, Egypt (Egypt), Jordan (Jordan), Turkey (Turkey), and Morocco (Morocco) will be able to purchase the Astro Edition watch.
The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Astro Edition will be available for purchase on Samsung’s website starting later today. Information on pricing and availability has not yet been made public.
