Earthquakes erupting in Sindh’s Dadu district jolted the province’s adjacent districts and whole of the province at around 10 a.m. today.
The earthquake struck 33 kilometers southwest of Dadu, according to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre (NSMC). The earthquake was 15 kilometers deep and measured 3.9 on the Richter scale.
Thankfully, no one has died as a result of the earthquake. The jolts that are closer to the surface, on the other hand, are more likely to have long-term negative consequences on the property.
According to many first-hand accounts of the occurrence, the earthquake lasted several seconds, prompting panic among inhabitants forced to leave their houses in the sweltering heat.
