The Government of Sindh has taken an important step toward inclusion and equal opportunity. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has approved the launch of an AI-based job portal for persons with disabilities. In addition, a digital complaint resolution system will be introduced across the province.
This new initiative aims to connect persons with disabilities directly with job opportunities and government support. It will help create a fair and transparent hiring system based on merit.
Collaboration with Sukkur IBA
The Sindh government will work with the Sukkur Institute of Business Administration to develop the portal. The platform will use artificial intelligence to match candidates with suitable jobs.
The portal will be available in three languages:
- Sindhi
- Urdu
- English
This will make it easier for more people to access and use the system without language barriers.
Key Features of the Initiative
The AI-based system will help persons with disabilities find jobs in different government departments. It will also create a central database and support disability certification processes.
The digital complaint system will allow users to register complaints online and track their status. This will ensure faster response and better accountability.
The job portal is expected to go live by May 2026. The complaint resolution module will launch in July 2026.
