At the Ministry of IT and Telecom Pakistan, Raza Ahmed Sukhera is a joint director of policy and sector growth. We have divided IT enterprises and IT freelancers into several programs at the Pakistan Software Export Board, an institution of the Ministry of IT and Telecom Pakistan.
Last year, IT Exports closed at $2.6. We must provide our youth with the necessary skill set if we want to compete with the $50 billion exports of Malaysia, Turkey, and the Philippines.
COVID has an impact on business. There is a shortage of HR in the industry, and we require more than 3 lac workers. For the students who are in their seventh 7th or 8th semester, we are attempting to recruit, train, and replace them in our training program according to their timetables.
When a child is six years old, in accordance with the skill pyramid of skills to develop his mental process, we present our program to them.
The employees’ abilities will be improved due to these initiatives. Through these skill programs, additional talents, like web design skills, will be improved.
In Skardu, we most recently conducted a boot camp program. We trained Skardu students with the help of freelancers from Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. A student who works as a freelancer will persuade a few more students to do the same. This will increase the number of freelancers in our nation, which will reduce poverty.
Mr. Sukhera’s parting words to the youth were to pursue their passions and develop their talents. You will have a ton of opportunities to hone these soft skills, so do your best to make the most of them.
