The employees of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) have been named among the best by Skytrax, a UK-based consultancy company that operates a platform for rating and reviewing airlines and airports.
The personnel at PIA has been rated as the eighth best in South Asia by Skytrax’s Best Airline Staff in South Asia 2022. The crew of the national flag airline is ranked above that of Air India, Biman Bangladesh Airlines, and Air India Express.

It’s interesting to note that Indian airlines have dominated the ranks for the Best Airline Staff in South Asia 2022, with six of the top ten airlines in the list being headquartered in India.
Each year, the winners of Skytrax’s Best Airline Staff Service awards are announced. The awards are intended to honour the overall airline crew performance in both the airport and aboard environments.
