Pakistan to build 10 New IT Parks by 2025

The government in Pakistan wants to build ten new IT Parks by next year. The Ministry of Information Technology told Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif about this plan.

Officials said the IT Park in Islamabad, with help from South Korea, will be done next year. It will have places for new businesses, banks, restaurants, and more.

Another IT Park near Karachi’s airport, also helped by South Korea, will be ready by 2027.

There are 43 IT Parks in 20 cities now. By 2025, they want to make 100 new E-Rozgar centers and 10 more IT Parks.

The Prime Minister said that building IT Parks will help the country’s IT growth and exports and support new businesses.

He said to build the Islamabad IT Park quickly. He also said someone else should check if the tech parks are working well.

The day before, the Prime Minister told people to work fast to make Pakistan sell more IT stuff.

“Pakistan is very good at information technology,” he said. He said the tech business can help the government save money.

Prime Minister Shehbaz said that people who start businesses in Pakistan help make the IT business grow.

The Prime Minister said the people who make the 4G better should try to make it good in Pakistan.

He also told the State Bank of Pakistan to make sure the people who sell IT things don’t have trouble with banks that are in Pakistan.
