The statement read, “The new categorization will take effect starting July 27.”

According to the embassy, the Pakistani community in Japan is being urged to continue being on the lookout for COVID-19.
Group Red-listed nations must also undergo a coronavirus test upon arrival, which includes a 3-day quarantine at a facility certified by the government. However, people who possess a current vaccination certificate may either be subject to a 3- or 7-day home quarantine and a negative test result.
The nations in Group Yellow will be asked to submit to an on-arrival test with either a 3-day home quarantine or a 7-day home quarantine in addition to a negative test result.
On the other hand, people who possess a current vaccination certificate will not be subject to additional requirements such as home quarantine or an arrival test.
