Pak Suzuki has officially announced its first price increase for the year 2024. According to the announcement issued on February 29th.

Suzuki automobiles in Pakistan would now cost up to Rs 180,000. The corporation has not stated the cause for the price rise.

According to the announcement, the price of the 660cc Suzuki Alto versions has increased from Rs 80,000 to Rs 110,000.

This raises the standard Alto VX pricing to Rs 23.31 lakh, while the top-spec Alto VXL AGS now costs Rs 30.45 lac, thus entering the Rs 3 million area.

The price of the Suzuki Swift increases by Rs 85,000, with the base GL MT model now costing Rs 44.21 lakh and the top GLX CVT variant costing Rs 51.25 lac.

The most damaging increase occurs with the Cultus varieties, whose prices rise by Rs 140,000 to up to Rs 180,000.

This raises the base Cultus VXR’s price to Rs 38.58 lakh, while the top-spec Cultus AGS now costs Rs 45.46 lac.

The announcement makes no mention of Ravi, Bolan, or Waggon R, implying that their prices will remain unchanged for the time being. The new pricing are effective March 1, 2024.

Previously, Kia Pakistan announced an increase in the cost of specific versions. However, with Pak Suzuki now announcing a significant price increase, other automakers may follow suit.
