Several smartphone manufacturers have expanded their product lines beyond handsets in recent years. OnePlus, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is one of these brands, with a wide range of items in addition to phones. According to a new leak, a Nord smartwatch is reportedly in the works.
The Nord Watch moniker was found on the company’s official website, according to Mukul Sharma, a well-known informant.
This verifies prior rumours of a new Nord-branded wearable. This also suggests that an official will be announced soon, and the teaser campaign will begin soon.
If the rumours are true, the impending wristwatch, along with the Nord Buds, will be one of the first wearables in the Nord series.
Nord Buds are a pair of wireless earphones that will be released in India on April 28 alongside the OnePlus 10R 5G and Nord CE 2 Lite 5G.
Apart from the marketing name, there are no further details about the Nord smartwatch in the listing.
In the second half of this year, the gadget is expected to make its official debut alongside the OnePlus Nord 3.
However, for the time being, only educated estimates about the smartwatch’s likely specifications or price range can be made.
The Nord Watch, according to earlier leaks, will include standard bio tracking functions such as SpO2 blood oxygen, sleep, step count, and heart rate monitoring.
We anticipate to learn more about this Nord smartwatch in the coming days, given the upcoming launch.
